We are always monitoring and comparing the models we use with the competition and new models available. Every time a new or updated model comes along that provides a better experience and results, we add or replace an existing model.

We built our solution from the ground up to be model-agnostic, but because we value trust and security, we are committed to never including any model that does not guarantee that our customers’ data will not be used in model training or tuning without been explicitly requested by the customer.

The solution supports the main file types available and widely used on the market and we are always adding support for new ones.

We currently support all documents from Microsoft 365, Google, OpenDocument, as well as .pdf and .tiff.

Regarding images, videos and audios, the list is also extensive, supporting jpg, jpeg, png, mp4, mov, avi, webm, mp3, wav, flac, m4a and ogg.

We provide a highly requested feature called Groups and Permissions, combining different roles and access policies.

A team member can be assigned an administrator, user, or guest role. Although the administrator has access to all content and management features, users and guests can be assigned to groups, but guests will always receive a read-only profile.

Access is group-based, and when a group is granted access to content, all group members will be able to view it, but only those with write permissions will be able to upload, delete, or edit content.

To facilitate the understanding and licensing of our product, we’ve separated the cost of processing files from subscription and functionalities, with the intention of adapting our plans and costs to the reality of each customer use case.

Once processed, the original file and its results can be stored indefinitely, without the need for new processing, using only storage space.

Document processing is counted per page, while audio and videos are per minute and images per unit.

Our main objective has always been to generate effortless value for our customers. Data connectors are features that integrates to different data sources and automatically upload and update content to Organaizr.

The most popular ones are included in Professional and Advanced subscription, but we do have some specific connectors that are payd separatedly.

Any content uploaded to Organaizr can have 4 different status:

Processing (blue tag) is assigned whenever a file is being processed by our models and does not have all results yet ready.

Pending (yellow tag) is assigned whenever the account does not have enough credits to process all information. Once it happens, you can upgrade or just wait for the next billing cycle to reset your monthly processing values.

Failed (red tag) is assigned when something bad happens and we are not capable to process the file. Failed files have thair processing units refund to the account and can be triggered again, whenever needed.

Successful (no tag) means we are all set, and you can enjoy the results.

Note: Processing files and folders containing them can not be moved, copied, deleted, or renamed. So you should wait for a status change to proceed.
